I was having a slight issue with my garage door and thought it might possibly be the spring. I called and spoke to Matt. He said he would be out in 30 minutes to take a look and provide a free estimate. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. After checking the door, he noticed that the belt was mistakenly on the inside of the carriage assembly instead of the outside.
