I have used the service twice in the past and it was good. When i booked my most recent service i received confirmation and cleared out the spaces to be cleaned. 10 min before my 1130 service i received another confirmation from the company saying my appointment was still good but they never showed up. I called all numbers attached to the company aswell as the text confirmation they send but they never came or reached out. Amazing! George did an incredible job cleaning our carpets! We have 2 cats and 2 dogs, and our carpets were in dire need of a deep cleaning! He exceeded my expectations by a long shot! Highly recommend!

George made appointment for new years morning and showed up on time He was very professional and friendly. He cleaned one carpet (master bedroom) and 4 large area rugs. As the bedroom was on the second floor, George did the carpet runners on the stairs as well. Everything turned out great. He was also very candid about the results of the cleaning. He told me that the master bedroom rug was worn out and that he would clean it but it would not restore the areas showing wear. I am very pleased and would certainly recommend him.
