Mathew T did my furnace maintenance this afternoon. There was an ongoing problem with the two-stage Trane furnace where it was blowing cold air for 10 minutes, shut off and then came back on with heat. It has stymied the last two technicians. Well, Mat solved the problem and I'm very, very impressed with his logical way of coming to the solution. It was actually a hard puzzle. Mr. Furnace, you have good people! Thank you very much Mathew!
Talked to Sean in the Mr. Furnace office a few times to solve a few minor situations as we have been with them for 35 years. Sean listened to all of my questions and he gave me advice as to how my new hot water tank adjustments work. I had Claude here today, another top notch tech and he was informed by Sean to have a look at the tank, he not only checked it out he also showed us how to adjust the tempature. They get to know you and you find it easy to talk to. David B.
