We had an AC installed June 2017 and were VERY pleased with the service. The owner knows his stuff and took the time to explain to us the difference in the unit sizes and the different products available. They were on time, NEAT and very professional. Researched online for a reliable company to look at my furnace. Found Mr. Freeze, called the same day to have a tech come out and check and fix my furnace. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending this company.
The worst customer service. The tech has no knowledge of HVAC trying to charge for a service call where the company only repeated to me the same, word for word what I called them for.
Left message, prompt response. Quick repair. Will definitely use their service again. Reasonably priced!
They told me my coil was so dirty that it was restricting airflow and he tried to clean it, but the gunk wouldnt come off and I would have to get a new a/c unit. I called another place for a second opinion and they said my coil looked brand new. Please take caution with this shady business.

My heater was acting up on a freezing cold day - I called Mr. Freeze around 9:00 am, and Carlos (the technician) was here before 11:00 am. He was polite, considerate, and also made sure that he explained everything that he was seeing and working on. Their rate was extremely reasonable, and next time I have a heating issue, they'll be my first call. Thanks, Carlos!
My heat went out just as the temperatures dropped and it was sooo cold in my house. I called Mr. freeze and they came out right away and identified the issue and fixed my heating same day! I definitely recommend.
Mr. Freeze contractors came on a routine maintenance call worked efficiently, with experiece and took the time to review the heating operations that made me secure in my heating system. They took the time to explain what they had done and to check all of my detectors and filters giving me tips on how to save on my heating bills. Thank you for your assistance. I will be using them again in the spring for my air conditioning checkup!
