Oh my goodness, this was the best HVAC service I could have asked for. I made an appointment, and Mr. Freeze A/c Masters came out the same day. Bentley explained everything clearly about my HVAC system and let me know the unit had no refrigerant left and was not worth repairing. The next day, Bentley, Eric, and Philip returned and did an excellent job installing the new system. They worked efficiently, finished everything the same day, and did not leave anything unfinished. Over the weekend I noticed loud, off-and-on dripping near my furnace and HVAC area. After checking around, I found water collecting in the drain pan and some runoff spreading across the garage floor. I also checked nearby areas to make sure there was no leak or damage inside the house. Fantastic service from Mr. Freeze A/c Masters. The team was fast, responsive, and easy to work with. We originally scheduled air duct cleaning, and during the visit we also added furnace maintenance because the system clearly needed attention. They vacuumed the ductwork, cleaned a very dirty return duct that had a lot of old dust and buildup, and explained how that was affecting the furnace airflow and indoor air quality.
