Me and my boyfriend are sitting in our car outside 711 when this man aggressively parks next to us STARING into my passenger window yelling at my boyfriend for the way we parked (yet they were parked in handicap parking with no handicap ticket) , which i get but there are forms and ways to communicate like humans BUT NO. I have used MR. Forklift to service our fleet of Hilo’s, over 30 different trucks. I could not be happier with the monthly service that is preformed. Also if we have any issues they are quick to respond. They will fix on premises if they can, otherwise they send over a tow truck to bring the machine to the shop. He offers loaner machines so I’m down a machine. I’m am overall extremely satisfied with all of the service that they provide and would recommend them to small and large companies.
I have been buying forklifts for many years from them and they always come through with service and fix issues as may come up from buying a used forklift.
