First I want to say their website photos don’t match at all what you purchase. Not even the same flowers. I’m extremely disappointed I paid $70 for something I could’ve made myself. The biggest reason I got them was for the lilies. Not to mention when you call they never answer the phone. They did manage to help me change the delivery date but never updated me on if it went through. Disappointed.

I ordered roses to celebrate a friend’s 80th birthday. They were left on the front door step in the snow, no call or text. They were found dead two days later. The shop offered to send a replacement bouquet which never arrived. When I wrote to complain all I received was a five word note saying a refund had been issues. Not what I wanted or asked for. A very disappointing experience

If I can give them 0 stars I would. Never order with this establishment. after speaking to a lady on the phone to confirm if I can order flowers on the website that’ll be ready the next day I went ahead and placed the order after she confirmed. My order was accepted and confirmed online. I then called them to make sure they received the order and no one answered for hours. I got a call back from a guy a few hours later who told me that he didn’t see my order and he reached out to his coworkers/boss to see if they received. H... read more

Services not received: I’ve made and PAID for arrangements for 2 bouquets of flowers and only received 1. Contacted this business multiple times and received no refund nor response. I strongly suggest conducting business elsewhere, unless you wouldn't mind being robbed. (Occasion: Mother’s day)
