Services not received: I’ve made and PAID for arrangements for 2 bouquets of flowers and only received 1. Contacted this business multiple times and received no refund nor response. I strongly suggest conducting business elsewhere, unless you wouldn't mind being robbed. (Occasion: Mother’s day)
They make beautiful arrangements and the owner really cares about his business I will order flowers from them again
This is an updated review, after my first review. Initially I was really upset as I didn't get delivered the flower bouquet I ordered nor was it on time. But, after reviewing my comments the store owner personally reached out and made sure I felt like my voice was being heard. He then provided accommodations to make sure I was satisfied and sent a new bouquet of flowers with an addition of chocolates the following day.
