UGH!!! I made an appointment with them at least a couple of weeks ago, to install gates in my yard. My appointment was for today at 8:00 am. At 9, I called to see where they were, and he started stuttering that he had left a voice mail on my phone last Friday, asking if I could reschedule. I never got any voice mail, and he didn't bother to call me back. He just assumed that I was ok with rescheduling. I AM NOT!
