Bennett has done many tasks for me over several years. He is dependable, reasonable in price and shows up when he says he will. He leaves the work site cleaner than when he first got there. I'm a snowbird and live in FL 8 months out of the year. Bennett puts my house to sleep in the fall;' water drained, antifreeze in the drains, etc and wakes it up again in the spring.
