Mr Fix-it customer service so far as not been to our expectations. After waiting about six months from the time our 1-1/2 bath contract was written they finally came Dec 22, 2021 to start work on both bathrooms.I believe that due to transportation for supply has been slow and late and we understood. On the second day after they said that they completed the work, we noticed that the back splash of both bathrooms vanities were not on a 45 degree angle which we thought we requested. I am sorry that I have to write this review. However, it is sad that management at this company is so poor. They say they have been around a long time, but the newest generation does not have the old school ethics. When you tell a customer you are going to do something you should stick to your word. This puts their lifetime warranty as suspect if they can't keep their word. I had to call multiple times just to get a problem fixed and pay the company, that is ridiculous. I had my tub replaced with a walk-in shower. My two guys from Mr. Fix-it, Allyn and ?? we're just great. They were efficient and kept me informed the whole time and did a wonderful job!
