Asked for a written estimate to be sent to my e-mail address. Still have not received it.
Called (back in May).... he said he'd come next day between 12 - 4 pm. Said he'd call 1 hr out. No call & at 4:30 I called him & he was in the Villages (I live in Ocala). Said office gave him wrong directions - I said if he'd called, I've have told him.... He arrived around 6 pm. Gave a printed list & advised would like a rough estimate of costs - he said could have in a few days.... he was nice, had some decent ideas, but now rather than next week, he could start in maybe 2 weeks.... and he was going to drop a floor sample ... read more
