I rarely write a negative review but I felt compelled to do so after my recent experience with this company. Idan himself was a great guy -- very personable and professional. Unfortunately the work and office staff were subpar. We had our beverage cooler stop working and I initially emailed with the manufacturer directly to find a solution.
