Overcrowded, slow and honestly a bit run down. Moved my needs to a larger facility in the area.
They asked me to come thirty minutes early to fill out paperwork. No problem. I get the paperwork done, then proceed to wait until an hour past my appointment time. Finally I get called and I’m trying to explain my joint pain that I’ve been dealing with for years. I get cut off and spoken to like I don’t understand my own pain. The dr spends 5 minutes with me and tells me to walk a little more and give me ibuprofen. No tests or anything. Completely unprofessional. There was zero empathy or even a hint of compassion.
I have been a patient of Dr. Zaidi for over 15 years. He is an amazing Rheumatologist. There is nothing scarier than being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and choosing the right doctor can be overwhelming. Dr.Zaidi is a very knowledgeable, competent, compassionate and reliable Dr. I am not an easy patient to deal with, I ask a lot of questions and have been through many medications to help control my symptoms and Dr Zaidi always listens, offers solid advice and explains things throughly. I highly recommend him!
