I had an issue with wasps. They came the same-day and got rid o f the problem the 1st time. No issues Since. I also use them for mice issues and they have done an amazing job. I would 100% recommend Sam and his team.

Do not use this company, they work diligently to remove any negative reviews through google by falsely reporting them. I called them because I had a skunk in a live trap, and wondered if they're be able pick it up and release it. They told me $500 to deal with it, which i felt was unreasonable considering I already had it in a live trap, in the back of my truck even. I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Exterminator. We initially contacted them to address a wasp issue in our soffit that could be heard inside the house. My son was quoted $250 for the service while we were out of the country. They sprayed the exterior, but the problem wasn’t resolved. Upon our return, we contacted them for a follow-up, only to be told that there was a 10-day guarantee we were never informed about, and we would need to pay again for additional service. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We contacted them after discovering a wasp nest in our daughters drop ceiling. The woman on the phone contacted her technicians to see if they would start early the next day given that the problem was in our child's room. They were here earlier than expected and tackled our wasp problem quickly and efficiently. They informed us of what they were doing and why. I've been using Mr. Exterminator for 1.5 years now and have them come out monthly. They are always punctual and accommodating with timing. They saved us from having rats in our house and for that I will always be thankful! Highly recommend for your pest control needs. They do thorough assessments and recommend what is necessary to fix the issue.
