They fixed my amp but it took MONTHS and lots of follow up before I got it back. I’ve heard the same story from others. He will fix your equipment, but don’t expect it back for awhile.
Staff was friendly and work was completed in the amount specified.
I recently sent a tc electronic harmony m harmonizer to authorized service Mr. E.'s electronics in San Antonio Tx. along with a forty dollar diagnostic fee. Three months and 15 phone calls later, the only thing that I have received were excuses, blame to the factory for not providing parts, promises that "It's on the bench now." and general smoke screen. I brought a mixer into Mr. E’s electronics on December 14 2018 due to an issue where phantom power wasn’t working. I was asked by the entrepreneur extraordinaire himself Mr. E, when I needed it by, and I told him January 14, I needed it for a show. Mr. E's has done maintenance on 2 of my Engl Savages, repaired my Ampeg SVT-3 Pro, and repaired my Crown XTI-2000. Excellent work, great price, and all around AWESOME customer service.
Was told by Hartke to send my amp to him for warranty repair. Mr E's had my head for seven weeks. I went to pick it up and Tracy verbally attacked me saying I was not going to get my amp back till he was guaranteed to get paid. I had supplied all documents when I shipped my head to him seven weeks earlier but he did not have them. He ended up calling Hartke and they had all the info on file. Brought my Fender Supersonic 22 here after a power surge at my local church left it without sound. They had it out within two weeks and it was playing like new again! I felt they could have been a little better with communicating with me, which is why I only gave it 4 stars rather than 5, the final price of the repair was not very clear as I was quoted one price on the phone, but was charged more than I was expecting once I arrived, but overall it was a reasonable price I believe and even with the lack of communication I can... read more
