So this apparently is a national company. I called on Tuesday and the call center took my message. I said I didn't want to schedule an appointment just yet because I didn't know my availability. I followed up on Wednesday, and they said I had an appointment the next day, Thursday. I tried calling the call center a few times to get confirmation from the local office. They finally gave me the local office number. I tried calling it several times and left messages, but they never returned them. I took off of work to stay home h... read more
