My experience with Mr. Electric of Tucson was extremely frustrating and stressful. The biggest problem was communication and the way management handled my concerns. I made multiple attempts to get issues addressed and did not receive the communication I expected after spending nearly $10,000 on electrical work. When I finally dealt directly with the manager, I found her attitude extremely unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. I had an electrical problem with circuit for the garage door acting up and he was able to determine the problem and did a great job. I highly recommend the company and Andre as a terrific electrician. He was a delight to work with.
