Great Service, Great Company Rob came out for an emergency, when we lost power. He explained the problem to us, completed a very intense check of our system, and restored our power! This allowed us to stay the night in our own home, as at 3:30 in the morning we were looking for a place to stay the night. Thanks Rob and Mr. Electric for efforts!
Helpful staff We had been having some problems with our awnings and found the help we needed at Smartworks. Their prices were reasonable - about middle of the range.
The one to call We own two rent houses in Watseka Illinois. Recently one of them flooded as many others did. Ours got hit twice, with water up the floor joists in the basement. R&M had once before done a whole house heating and A/C for a rebuild we were involved with in Watseka and we knew they were prompt and quality dependable. When the furnace gas valve needed replaced after the floods, (Both time!) they were prompt and did a great job.
