I did not have a good experience with this company. I needed a site survey done and spoke to the office attendant Litany. She scheduled the survey and I have never heard back from her. I have called over and over and sent emails and no response. It's a terrible way to do business. I finally got her on the phone and she told me she would get me the results of my site survey and give me pricing and AGAIN no response.
Chris was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was careful and thorough with the work. We appreciate the ease of doing business with Mr. Electric!
Chris was amazing! You just don’t receive this level of service anymore. Not only did he repair our electrical outlet for our (outdoor) holiday lights, he also repaired one of our favorite lamps. We couldn’t be more thrilled! Thank you, Chris- we will definitely be customers for life!
Can’t say enough about the amazing service from the team at Mr. Electric! I would HIGHLY recommend them! They did an amazing job installing our whole home generator!
