Lawrence M. showed up to my place of business, came in and gave me a quick quote and was able to resolve my light fixture issue and gave me a quote for other fixtures that needed to be replaced. Our well pump failed and was found to have faulty wiring. Jesse B was the tech that came to the home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Jesse continued to troubleshoot challenges until he figured out a solution and we were able to have water again! I will definitely call again for future projects! Great job!
Mr. Electric came out and changed out my Meterbase and Panel. I hired another electrician to review their work and this is what was discovered. No Bushing on SE-U Cable, code requires bushing on conductors over 4 AWG No NN connectors on the 40a circuit on the bottom of panel. Doorbell Transformer not connected to panel. Since the Meterbase was replaced with a MeterBase/Disconnect, the inside panel was no longer first point of disconnect and requires 2 Hots, 1 Neutral and a Ground Wire. Made an appointment on 10/08/2025 waited all day I called the office around 445 pm and the lady rescheduled me for 10/09/2025 once again I waited all day then I got a call asking me to reschedule again for 10/10/2025 .I received a text from Andrew asking me to call . When I called they said my appointment was finish and was I satisfied. No one ever showed up and I'm still waiting .
