Scheduled an appointment online for Monday, they called and said they couldn't make it but we rescheduled for Friday. The man said they tech would be here between 8-9 am and would receive 10% off for the inconvenience so I rearranged my morning and waited for them to come. No show. I get a text that I'm still on the schedule at 10 am, then at noon. I called at noon as I've been waiting around all morning and have no idea when anyone was going to show up.
