Called them last night around 9:45pm had a wire melting in the fuse box. Talked to a lady and she took all my info and said okay I will get a tech out there and give you a call when he is on the way. Let's just say I'm still waiting for my call and my tech to come out. I tried calling back and it just kept ringing and said please hold for someone... so I took my business elsewhere. I recommend this electric company, jerry was the electrician he came out at 9:30 at night in the freezing cold didnt have all the supplies on him so he went to home depot and got the items he needed and came back and fixed the problem.
Do NOT use this company. They tried to scam me for a $ 2400 electrical panel , when all I needed was a circuit breaker. It is the good thing I got a 2nd opinion. My cost was only $206. If I could give this rip off company negative stars , I would. What POS'es.
We were having a minor electrical issue in our house and I spoke to the Mr. Electric folks and asked them to give my wife a call to set up a time for them to come over. Much to my surprise, my wife called me less than an hour later to let me know that David was already at our house. David was very knowledgeable and professional, and at the end of his visit my wife was much more comfortable with our house - she felt much more safe.
