They had a flat fee for looking to see what the problem was that I felt was high, but they did find the problem and if I had paid for it by the hour and a service fee, it would have been about the same.
Our work was completed on time, but I was a little disappointed that the technician left the work areas without properly cleaning up. I expected more.
They are honest and polite. They fix what you ask them to fix.
David, the electrician showed up on time, listened to my concerns and then he proceeded to explain in detail what he was going to do with an estimate. He is very professional and I would definitely hire Mr electric again.

Problem was a GFI outlet that was partially hidden. When reset, all was well. $150 charge seems high for the little time technician spent with us.
