The technician was baffled at our issue initially but he kept at it until he found the problem and fixed it. Very professional nice and thorough. Would use again. Robert was our technician. Very happy with his work. Also explained everything he was doing and also showed us what he was doing to fix the issues.
The technician not only found the issue I had that 3 other electricians could not, they fixed my 2 year long issues in under 2 hours for a very reasonable price.
Mr. Electric came out to look at faulty outlet/switch in bathroom. The guy claimed there was nothing wrong with it (didn't even inspect it) and blamed it on small "deodorizer" plugged in. Charged me $35.00 for "inspection and left. Switch still not working. Phoned Home Advisor and they said they would send another person out next day before 4pm. At 10pm....no call, no visit, no nothing. THE NEXT DAY, guy called and I told him to put it where the sun don't shine.... waited all day and they don't even call until the NEXT DAY..... read more
