Mr. Electric staff was punctual and knowledgeable. we will use them again.
The electrician was unable to complete the work due to no access to a location he needed to complete the work. He is scheduled to return as soon as I am able to clear his access. Very pleased with the person assigned to the job. Very upfront and informative regarding the work needed.
The technician was good and creative on several difficult problems. However the company requires "suggestions" to be included in estimates for additional work not originally requested, so review bids carefully.
The technician was very helpful in getting my electrical problems fixed. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand. The people in the office were very professional and helpful. Will use this company again.
