On Saturday night (7/23/2022), our neighbors tree fell, ripping the electric mast off our house and killing our power. My husband called Mr ******************** the next morning and spoke with the owner who absolutely guaranteed that an electrician would come to our house first thing Monday morning. At 8am on Monday, **** arrived and got right to work. After his assessment and our agreement to do the work, he and another technician worked ALL DAY to get our power restored. I was having problems with the **********************al in my kitchen. I called Mr ********************** and not more than a half hour later and the service technician at my door. He analyzed the system and discovered that the circuit breaker in the panel was bad. This is something that I never would have guessed. **** c and name ****** ********************** staff are very professional and they immediately determine my issues and resolve them.
