On Saturday night (7/23/2022), our neighbors tree fell, ripping the electric mast off our house and killing our power. My husband called Mr ******************** the next morning and spoke with the owner who absolutely guaranteed that an electrician would come to our house first thing Monday morning. Just my experience but here it is. I had them come out for a very simple hot tub hook up. The box is right next to the tub so should be very routine. The assessment alone took 2.5 hours. The upselling session another 35 minutes. BEFORE any work had been done. They then overbid the project by $450(which is basically double what the project should cost). We provided you up front pricing for the installation at your home and you asked us to proceed with the work.The reason that the estimate took some extra time is because the electrician had concerns about the age of your panel and too much load with the new hot tub.
