I needed help with thermostat wires connected to my Jotul Gas stove heater. The connection was severed, likely from my cat. This is my main source of heat. I called around and thought I’d have to wait until next week but Nick was able to come over 24 hrs after my initial call. I’m so grateful, he fixed it up in no time. Nick is super efficient and very personable. I will be calling Mr Electric Lincoln City first for any future issues.
Scheduled four weeks out from when I originally called for service. I took the day off, was told I would have a morning appointment, no one called the night before no one called in the morning. I called at 10 AM and was told I was the second job of the day And someone would call me within 20 minutes of their arrival. 1 o’clock no electrician, called in to see what the issue was and was told sorry he’s tied up on an all day job. We recently moved into our new home and needed wiring run to a new four prong receptacle for our electric dryer as well as a new dedicated circuit and receptacle for a new electric oven. Nick was very knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation of the proposed work during the estimate walkthrough. He was super friendly and efficient and did a very clean job on the install of both. I would definitely recommend Mr Electric and will look forward to working with Nick again when we need other electrical work done!
Our new house was an electrical mystery: blanks everywhere, lights that seem to come on by themselves, dead outlets and lights with no tripped breakers. Nick was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to fully understand our electrical issues, which we really appreciated. He then clearly explained all of our options without making us feel rushed or pressured. We'll definitely call Nick again when we need an electrician
