Brandon was great before he even got to my house. He called to let me know that he was on his way and at every step of the process thereafter. He explained the problem very clearly and what he needed to do to fix it. Prompt service at its best! I will absolutely call Mr Electric again and ask for Brandon.
The technicians are more than knowledgeable about what they are doing, they are very neat and courteous. They won’t sell you something not needed. Thank the Lord they came cause they found wiring that was outdated (I have an old house) one outlet was wired with an extension cord and another wire was brittle and cracking
