We had a good experience started out with Tyler Smith who came the same day and was very professional and knowledgeable gave us a quote and as we progressed the electrician tech came the same day. Not to impressed with the electrician tech that did the job,but he got the job done. We had to call for Tyler Smith to come back and explain a few things after the job was done and he and the PR rep. came back and explained the work to our satisfaction. Great job Great experience. All is working well.
I had a fantastic experience with the team at Mr. Electric from start to finish. I initially called to have my pool electric checked out, but a great thing about Mr. Electric is that they do complimentary home safety checks on their first visit and I am very glad they did. Jason did a thorough safety check and it was determined my home had some other electrical issues aside from the pool, some of which were fire hazards. Overpriced, Too much up-selling! They charged me $890, simply to install a couple of outlet boxes in my kitchen ceiling. After I submitted my request for service through Angi's List, Isaac showed up the next day to give evaluations of the work to be done. He was a salesman, not a technician. He went around my 1920's house, pointing out everything that was not "up to current code," trying to drum up a bill 4 times larger than what I needed.
