I am incredibly frustrated with Mr Electric. I scheduled a visit for them to come and scheduled some pto to go home and they cancelled it that day because of someone calling out. I am willing to understand it but I have an emergency and they can't fit me in for another 2 weeks. This is absolutely shocking. I have been waiting 2 weeks already and will have to wait longer. I can understand if it gets rescheduled the next day or a few days but a whole 2 weeks. STAY AWAY
Technician was prompt, pleasant and did an excellent job. No cleanup was necessary on my part.
