I called Concord Mr. Electric because the 220 volt circuit breaker for my EV Charger was always tripping. I spoke with Nicole and explained the problem. Before scheduling a service call, she asked me to describe the impact. In my case it wasn't an urgent issue because my car was fully charged. The question demonstrated their interest in meeting their customer's needs. The electrician, Brian, texted me before arriving on time for the scheduled appointment.
