Great experience from booking the estimate to the service being completed. Would use again!
Issues scheduling where no one showed up then when they came back out it was one outlet not working and two switches that needed fixing. Over $700, and the switches were not fixed and the outlet still tripped. They had to send someone back out, two men and they never turned off the breaker while working. We have since had another electric company come out and the issue was a loose wire with the outlet. Just a lot of back and forth and felt like we got ripped off price wise.
We’ve used this company for 2 huge projects in different houses. There was an issue with something, they came back and have EXCEEDED expectations. They responded immediately. It’s rare to find someone who actually CARES and Lee was one of the nicest people I’ve ever done business with.
