Didn’t catch the name of who helped us today but he was incredibly helpful and I would highly recommend! Will be calling them back for future jobs.
A bit pricey, but the technicians do an excellent job. I am delighted that the work was not rushed and every part removed was reassembled to its correctness. I would recommend Mr. Electric for doing fantastic work and maintaining cleanliness until departure — thank you.
Called them to come out on a Saturday because our lights weren’t working correctly. They charged $200 for an emergency service request, which is expected. They came and left without resolving the issue, and came back out Monday to diagnose the problem asking for another $300+. We declined this so I had another electrician come out. They found out what the issue was within 10 minutes. Their emergency “policy” is ridiculous with inexperienced technicians. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Luis was very accommodating and did a fast and efficient above-sink light installation, removing the old and installing one I purchased from Lowe’s. He was friendly and courteous. Payment was electronic and easy (card). Highly recommended.
