We’re very happy with our experience with Mr. Electric. However, our issue didn’t resolve itself and came back two days later. We need to call them back out.

I hired Mr Electric to connect electricity to my mobile home shortly after payment electrician quit unable to pass Regional finals. The company offered no help at all.
Very disorganized and do not communicate well. To start the technician arrived and the first words out of his mouth was "I don't have all the parts.". mind you we paid upfront!!! This was an ongoining theme, and a one day repair extended to 10. I called the scheduling point of contact, most calls went to voicemail with little to no response. When the technician was scheduled to finally complete the work and was scheduled at 1p, he was either sent to, or decided to work on another project, and didn't arrive until after 3p. We... read more
