Lived the ease of working with the technician. Came in, reviewed everything, not just what I called about. Then went over detailed estimate.
Super courteous and did a great job!
Good service. A bit expensive but they tell you the cost before they do any work so you know what you're getting.
Appointment was prompt and the service was professional and efficient.
I WAS SHOCKED AT THE COST FOR WHAT WAS ACTUALLY DONE. REPLACING 3 OUTLETS, A GFCI IN MY PANEL, WHICH THE TECH HAD TO GET AND COME BACK IN 2 DAYS TO FINISH THE JOB. THE FIRST DAY OF ACTUAL LABOR TOOK ONLY A FEW MINUTES TO DO. TOO PRICEY FOR ME. THE QUALITY OF WORK SEEMS OK. IT WAS DONE SO FAST, I COULD NOT JUDGE.
They did not do the work they said they would do. They left jagged and sharp metal behind. I called the owner who came out and told me that they did do the work they said but that I just didn't understand because I am not an electrician. He also used scare tactics telling me that my breaker box could explode at any time. I believe they quoted more work than was necessary to fix the problem. all this cost me over $1,900.00.
