When he offered to come immediately- and upon hearing what needed fixing recommended and assisted in us calling in an insurance claim. He then quoted us 3 times what the job costs - saying "Don't worry, the insurance will pay it". They brought three men to our home for a one- man job, and the final bill was $3,000.00 more than the Estimate.
