All I can say is that the service was excellent. I called in the morning when my wife indicated that the dryer was not drying. They said that they would be out the same day between noon and 2p.m. and that they would call. They called right at noon and said the team was on the way. Great Service! We used Mr. Duct for our duct cleaning in January of 2012. We have a dog and began noticing a ton of dust around the house, so we figured it was about time. The two employees showed up around 10am and were very thorough and even stuck a camera down one of the ducts to show a before an after. There were done in a few hours and cleaned everything up afterwards. It has been a few months now and we noticed the amount of dust in the house has decreased. I would recommend this company to anyone.
This is a top notch company. They have all the right credentials and they deliver. Both office staff and on sight employees are very professional and personable. There are no hidden fees or attempts to sell up that you may find with other duct cleaning services. I like to pass on good service when I see it and Mr Duct delivers. I will use their services in the future for sure.
Great Service! everything was done over emails and explained very clearly. No added charges after they come through the door. The Guys were very professonal came on time and worked very quickly a great job. The Dryer is amazing now with all the lint gone it drys in half the time! We would definatly use them again.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Upon making first contact, I received an immediate call to schedule an appt. I was able to obtain service to to clean my dryer vent the very next day. The service team called prior to arriving to my home and were efficient, courteous and professional.
