From my initial meeting with him to provide an estimate to the end of the job, he and his employees (Brianna and Audrianna) were fantastic and guided me through the process and answered all of my questions. My condo association hired Mr. Dry for mold removal. He completely ignored my unit while the ones beside me and above me were totally gutted. When they finally inspected my unit, their rep waved a “meter” around and said there was mold. He said they would have to go four feet up. They went five inches. Hurricane Helene brought devastation to our area. I contacted Mike and his company and they have been fabulous from the beginning. During these critical times for anyone to call you back and to follow through and to show up is absolutely five star in my book. His price was great and the best thing is they haul off the debris instead of leaving the junk everywhere for the city or someone else to be responsible for.
