Mr. Dry rebuilt our bathroom after finding rot under the floor. We thought it was just old tiles but they found actual damage when they pulled things up. Took care of the moisture issue first, then redid everything. Michael Twist kept us in the loop the whole time. Bathroom's been fine for eight months now and no weird smells.

They tested our rental in North Fort Myers, cleared out the problem without tearing up more than needed. Tenant moved back in seven days. Price didn't change from the quote.
The pipe burst in our condo at 2 a.m. and Mr. Dry had a crew there within the hour. They handled the dry-out, the mold prevention steps, and even coordinated with our insurance adjuster so we weren't stuck playing middleman. Big Mike runs a tight operation.
Handled our mold issues with professionalism. Great pricing compared to everybody else
