Matthew came to my home within a couple hours of my call and I live in Pinellas County. He was extremely courteous and professional about a subject I know nothing about. Then he drove the mold samples to the lab right away. He also was helpful in sharing the information with our realtor. Yes, I will definitely use Mr. Dry Out next time

I discovered a mold problem,in the bathroom.mr dry out came to the rescue. these guys came in and cleaned it out totally. treated the area. the were curtious,knowledgeable,dependable.did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. they were great.recommend highly

A few weeks ago, my home was hit by a plumbing disaster in our master bathroom and bedroom carpeted floors including our closets. We were fortunate to know about Mr. Dry Out but never had to use their services before. When I called Matt he was working on a job in St. Petersburg and he promised to be at my house as soon as possible to help us. I am writing a review because I just witnessed the fantastic job Mr. Dry Out did at a friends house. Because of a problem on the outside of the house that has an excavation problem, water seeped into the house under the floors into the walls, boards, when it goes undetected you accumulate a mold issue which had spores. Mr. Dry Out removed the affected drywall areas, floor boards, cleaned and treated all the necessary areas and they cleaned up and put black plastic to cover the empty hole until the next person comes to put up... read more

My family and I are very grateful for Mr. Dry Out! I broke a pipe under the kitchen sink and flooded my kitchen, and part of family room and dining room. It was an awful situation but I called Matt and he got there right away to help. He went above and beyond to assist us. Matt made a bad situation so much better. If you ever have a problem give him a call. He is dependable, Knowledgeable and Honest!
