The problem was identified on a Monday Then I called Mr. Drain Plumbing Construction began Tuesday and was complete three days later on Thursday evening! The Plumber ensured the source of the leak, and given the old age of the metal piping there, recommended a new long-life plastic pipe replacement. I concurred, and within 30 minutes, the job was done. No mess, no fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend at Mr. Drain Plumbing for any kind of plumbing repairs.
