Flooding from Main Line The Mr. Drain Plumbing company was at first excellent at communicating; giving me updates as to the arrival of the plumber. The technician arrived and worked quickly, neatly and explained everything to me. He also made suggestions and gave me information about other plumbing issues I had in my home. I think the cost for the service I received was fair. Thanks Mr. Drain Plumbing!!
Clogged drain My drain got clogged on Sunday afternoon. I'd called couple different plumbing companies but no one was able to help me because it was a weekend. 5 inches of water in the basement made me panic. Then I called Mr. Drain Plumbing. The Dispatcher was very friendly. He said the drain specialist would come in a half an hour. The plumber found a problem right away and solved it. Thank you very much guys for fast, quality and professional service.
