Thank you Carlos! I took the day off from work to get my garage door repaired. Early in the morning I had called one local company who could not deliver. Carlos is in my garage fixing things as we speak. I had a spring broken - snapped in 2. I was effectively locked in my garage and thus denied my car. I need a fix and I needed it fast. Another company wanted me to email pictures of the door so they could determine what it was and how to fix it.. Carlos had all the right gear and did it with the minimum of fuss.
