Had a guy from do -right come out for hole patching emailed me the bid.NEVER seen him after that called no answer called the office lady said she would have him call me never happened then I talked to a.guy by the name of Emanuel he he talked Bryant and he would call me when he had chance that was yesterday still nothing

I've had the folks from Do Right out multiple times over the past few years for one project or another at my house (I'm a new-ish homeowner who isn't terribly handy with these sorts of things), and I've always been satisfied with their friendliness and quality of work. They lose one star for difficult communication. Of late, it is becoming difficult to reach someone or get calls, texts, or emails back for scheduling, quotes, and billing.
