Mr. Dino's, Pete, did a remodel on two of our bathrooms. All new shower in the master bath and a deep soak tub with all new surrounds in the full bath. Not only did he do the remodel but their work, which only took 5 days, transformed our bathrooms. Beautiful work, completed around our schedule. I'd recommend Mr. Dino's to anybody that wants quality work and a wonderful finished product.
Our bath/shower area was refinished by Mr. Dino and we are surprised at how quick and clean the process was. The even able to match the tile that we had chosen for the floor. I strongly recommend Mr. Dino for his outstanding work and on-schedule completion of work.
Mr. Dino's replaced our old tub with a fabulous shower system. We have an old home with plaster walls in the bathroom. They removed the tub, old slats and fixtures. The old tub leaked through the pan into the basement. In 3 days they replaced the slats with 2 by 4 studs, installed a new pan, installed the new shower system, removed all the old material and left us with a sparkling new bathroom. Mr Dino’s is an exceptional professional. When I was ready to do my bathroom remodel, he came over to do a free estimate and he was here for about an hour. He helped me design my bathroom and we set a date for the install. The install was done in a timely manner and it came out beautiful. I would highly recommend Mr Dino’s to any one that is looking to redo their bathroom. His skills are unparalleled to anyone else in his area of expertise.
Contracted with Mr Dino's in September, 2016 for a complete shower install. Contract included 50 year warranty. Shower leaked from time of installation with water running under bathroom floor. Numerous calls to company, always requiring us to make further calls or wait numerous days for response. The company eventually would come to make repairs but did not know how to resolve the issues or make necessary repairs. Never did the salesman or company owner follow up to ensure problem resolution. Outstanding work - so happy with my new bathrooms. Work crews were courteous, answered all questions and addressed all requests. Left the house clean. Work was completed BEFORE the estimated completion time. Would definitely recommend to others.
Mr. **** says you will have your bathroom done in 2-3 days. So the installers were there for 4 days (8-1 only), the last day they worked was Thursday 5/25/17. No one called to tell us when our shower surround would be installed so we called them numerous times on Wednesday 5/31/17. Finally got a call back that someone would be there Saturday 6/3. It was also stated at the time of sale that the shower door you ordered would take approximately one week after the job is completed due to it's a custom-made door to fit the new opening. I had a bath tub shower done and it looks wonderful with the granite look and no grout lines. Trent was out salesman and told us the new film enclosure would go to the ceiling. We have 9 ft. ceilings. When installed it was about 8 ft. with wall still uncovered to the ceiling. To make it short Trent was appoogetic about the mistake and gave us a discount on the job. I would still have them do a job and just double check all the details.
My experience with Mr. Dino's started off well with the salesman Trent, and then went downhill quickly. In short....TERRIBLE. The job was supposed to take a week to a week and a half, and took 6 weeks to have a functional shower. The wrong glass was installed, in addition to the wrong door being delivered. We try very hard to satisfy all of our customers . She said her old tile floor had loose grout because one of our men walked on it. She demandad some money back and to fix it. We did both. The shower door glass came in wrong so we had to reorder it. She demanded money back for her inconvenience and we did that as well. She complained that the drain was draining slowly so we sent out at our expense a rotter-rooter person out. They found a old rag deep in her drain which was not ours.
