My experience with Mr. Dino's started off well with the salesman Trent, and then went downhill quickly. In short....TERRIBLE. The job was supposed to take a week to a week and a half, and took 6 weeks to have a functional shower. The wrong glass was installed, in addition to the wrong door being delivered. This caused a two week delay to start. I heard nothing from the owner, Pete, despite my repeated calls. The workmen themselves apologized. We try very hard to satisfy all of our customers . She said her old tile floor had loose grout because one of our men walked on it. She demandad some money back and to fix it. We did both. The shower door glass came in wrong so we had to reorder it. She demanded money back for her inconvenience and we did that as well. She complained that the drain was draining slowly so we sent out at our expense a rotter-rooter person out. They found a old rag deep in her drain which was not ours. I look back at our experience with Mr. Dino's Baths, (3 days since being completed) and overall a so-so report. That has some points that I will explain. Work Quality: Excellent - Tom and Dave did an awesome job and worked hard. Nice and very polite men. (5 stars here) Owner Mr. Sheinberg: Nice. He came by on the first day to visit with us and his crew. It wasn't until we had some concerns that Mr. Sheinberg wanted to shift blame onto his crew. That is not what we were concerned about.
