This restaurant doesn't call out numbers in order! The staff member responsible for calling out numbers had extremely poor service! I even felt discriminated against! The owner should really manage this!
I think dim sum is best in the morning, on a weekday, when the wait is short, the menu is kid friendly, and you're with your family. Arrived just as they opened, friendly staff greeted us that morning. Had the whole place for about an hour until it started turning into a party. Portions are reasonable, flavors cooked to perfection. I like the warmer brighter vibe compared to Din Tai Fung also easier and faster to get a table. Absolutely great dimsum. You order the dimsum you like and it comes out hot from the kitchen. The portions are large. Excellent quality. Loved every dimsum we ordered. The service is excellent. A must try. Highly recommended.
I can't think of any malls in the US with a dim sum spot attached[1]; this was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of tables. During busy times there'll be a wait. If your party is small, shoot for the bar. It'll get you to siu mai faster, and maybe to a Long Island Iced Tea. Or a beer? I've been here a couple times, and food has consistently been good. There's a variety of dim sum offerings.
