When I came to this place, I simply wanted to resize my watch. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, I was met with discriminatory remarks about my nationality and accent. The woman standing next to Roman (who I believe is his wife) was extremely rude and tried to belittle me by asking offensive and ignorant questions about my country and my education.
