I called about two exterior outlets that weren’t working. Instead of simply answering my questions, they quoted me $150–$170 just for a diagnostic — way above the normal $75–$120 service call fee most electricians in Texas charge. When I asked further, they hung up on me. That’s unprofessional, unfair, and terrible customer service. At the end of the day, it feels like a rip-off.
