This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!...The office staff were very nice, BUT the Dentist, was just awful!!!! He didn't even know what my grandson was there for. As soon as he walked in my grandson broke into tears, he doesn't know how to talk to children, talked down to him, scared him, ordered his staff to hold him down, forced his fingers into his mouth, tried to force a bite guard in his mouth, ENOUGH!!!! I love this dentist. He makes my kids feel comfortable and at ease. He explains everything thoroughly and shows me what he's talking about. The staff is very sweet and kind. Sometimes takes a while but the product is worth the wait.
Absolutely the WORST dentist office I have ever been too, staff is completly rude and went in and had a checkup USING my insurance, 2 weeks later I need a lot more work done and now they say the never accepted my insurance in the first place? Scam? I think so. This was my second visit and I will never be going back and I will be letting my friends and family know(some Of which are already going to your office) to not associate with practice.
