Good service. Friendly employees. Prices are high. New review 3/8 2024 I called because I had no running water in my bathroom sink. I scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon for service . I received a call later Friday afternoon from the company saying they had to cancel my appointment because someone else was more important. When you give your word you should stick to it. The first initial call was for a estimate to be seen for a particular plumbing / gas line issue. We were quoted one price for the technician to come out in the range of $59. When the technician called he quoted us another price which was in the hundreds before he would actually come and check things out. I didn't like that and felt it was quite unprofessional to be told one thing and then tell you something else before you actually have your pipes looked at. From that point we decided to call around somewhere else.

To say I was not impressed is an understatement. I decided with the home plumbing inspection not to let them do the work. The dude didn't even turn on the water to check pipes for leaks. He kicked my outdoor faucet with his foot. The options for the work was not really options for the work I wanted done. As for the "veteran's" discount, it doesn't exist, go figure. Would I recommend them to a friend, no.
