Mr. Cool Waters is run by a scam artist. He promises great service but then you receive a machine that is broken 90% of the time and he does nothing to fix it. We have been waiting for a replacement machine for over a year and still have not gotten it. Meanwhile, we are at his mercy and paying over $300 a month for a machine that doesn't work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Great Service!!! – Mr Cool Waters , Great people to do business with , I have had great experience with them , and never have had any negative comments about them , they have quick response .... I had the Chance to meet the President of the Company , and he was a great helpfull Person ,never knew he was the President until they told me he was just a simple humble man .... his staff is very professional ....I recommend MR .COOL WATERS and COFFE to Any one looking for the Service....

FRAUD DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! – My parents wanted a water system for their business, their credit wasnt good so they called me. All I did was give them my Social Security Number. Next thing I know is I have on my credit a $7,000. account. I never signed anything and they never even contacted me to make me aware. They refuse to acknowledge this and won't remove it from my credit. I even heard later that they brough paper contract that was blank, with no writting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

FRAUD – The seller of the company named Mr. Cool Beans are getting new customers saying that the service are without no contract, and then, Time Payment Corp send to the new customer the papers with a 60 MONTHS No voidable contract. This isn't a professional way to do business, and when you call to the the company, no one are available to help to the deceived new customer.
